What was your first job & what did you learn from it? 
First Job was a Customer service for Circle K,   definitely learned how important is to Satisfy Customers by making them important , with Great service, clean and Stocked stores.

What motivates you professionally? 
Taking Ownership and Promoting Team work.

What should every potential franchisee evaluate when choosing a franchisor? 
Franchisee evaluation should be based on many criteria , Company History and Financial , Market Share ,  Level of Investment, Training and Support , Royalties. Restrictions .

What is something most people don’t know about you? 
Love sports and a Huge Cricket Fan , played Cricket for University

What is the most important message you want to convey to prospective franchisees? 
As a Franchisee of a Successful brand, you get to benefit the autonomy of running your own business while benefiting from a proven business mode and biggest benefit have additional Resource and support to guide you to be Successful , Marketing and Purchasing power which is huge and take advantage of all Innovation and new program which are developed by the Global Team.

Franklin Covey book 4 Essential Roles of Leadership.  This book helps your People skill and how you can motivate people .

I have to pick any other with be Entrepreneurship running own Business  affiliated with a Brand like Circle K
